Dry Fire Training Plans
A plan solves the two problems that kill dry fire habits: not knowing what to do today, and having no way to tell whether last month helped. Each plan below is a fixed schedule ending in a benchmark you can repeat.
How to follow a plan
Keep the sessions short and frequent rather than long and occasional — fifteen minutes four times a week beats an hour once. Hold the par times fixed for the whole plan; adjusting them mid-week destroys the comparison the benchmark depends on.
You will need a par beep for every session. The free online shot timer is enough to start today.
